UNMUTED PROGRAMMES — Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 20 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of UNMUTED PRESENTATIONS, UNMUTED VISIBILITY and UNMUTED COLLABORATION, each individually referred to as the “Programme”.
The Programmes are provided by Inari Consulting, registered at Wiborgeiland 158, 1014 ZC Amsterdam, Netherlands (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing a Programme, you (“you”, “the Client”) agree to these Terms.
1. The Programme
Each Programme combines online educational content and personalised coaching relating to presentations, visibility or professional collaboration.
The modules, resources, coaching sessions, support services and bonuses included in your purchase are those expressly described on the relevant Programme sales page and at checkout at the time of purchase. These details form part of your agreement with us.
Your purchase covers the selected Programme only. Access to other UNMUTED programmes or services is not included unless expressly stated.
Access to online content is granted following successful payment, unless a later access date is specified before purchase. Booking instructions are sent to the email address used at checkout.
2. Price and Payment
The price, currency and available payment arrangements are displayed at checkout before purchase. Any applicable VAT and the total amount payable are shown before you complete payment.
Payment is processed through the payment providers identified at checkout. We do not store your card details.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing details, business information and, where applicable, a valid VAT number. VAT treatment depends on the applicable tax rules and the information provided.
Whether you purchase as a consumer or a business depends on the purpose of your purchase and applicable law, rather than solely on whether you provide a VAT number.
Unless expressly offered otherwise, payment is due in full at checkout. Where an instalment arrangement is offered, the amounts and due dates are specified before purchase.
Enrolment is subject to the availability stated on the relevant Programme sales page.
3. Capacity and Scheduling
Each Programme includes two (2) private coaching sessions, unless expressly stated otherwise before purchase.
Purchasing the Programme secures the included coaching sessions but does not guarantee particular dates or times.
The Programme is designed to be completed within one month. Unless a future start date has been expressly agreed in writing:
- You are responsible for booking your first coaching session within 14 days of purchase, using the booking link provided.
- Your second session will be arranged jointly with us, normally during or shortly after your first session, with the aim of completing both within one month of purchase.
- Minor extensions may be agreed in writing where needed.
- If you have not booked your first session within 90 days of purchase, we may treat the unused coaching entitlement as forfeited, after sending a reminder and allowing a reasonable opportunity to book.
Where a future start date is agreed before purchase, these deadlines run from that agreed start date.
If our own availability prevents you from booking within these periods, we will extend the relevant deadline without charge.
Rescheduling and missed sessions
You may reschedule a session at least 24 hours before its scheduled start, using the booking link or contacting us directly.
Requests made less than 24 hours before a session, or failure to attend without notice, may result in that session being forfeited. Exceptional circumstances may be considered individually.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer an alternative date without reducing your entitlement.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Business purchases
For clients purchasing the Programme for business or professional purposes, we offer the following voluntary cancellation policy:
- You may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund at any time before your first coaching session takes place, including if that session has already been booked.
- Upon cancellation, access to the Programme’s online content, resources and support will end. Any remaining coaching sessions will be cancelled.
- Once you have attended your first coaching session, the Programme fee is non-refundable, including if you choose not to complete the Programme or use the remaining coaching or support.
- The missed-session and forfeiture provisions in Section 3 continue to apply. This cancellation policy does not reinstate coaching entitlements already forfeited under that section.
Cancellation requests must be submitted to sophie@be-unmuted.com before the first coaching session begins. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days, normally using the original payment method.
Consumer purchases
If you purchase outside your business or professional activities, any mandatory consumer cancellation and withdrawal rights remain unaffected by this policy.
Where applicable law grants you a 14-day withdrawal period, you may exercise that right by sending a clear statement to sophie@be-unmuted.com, using any withdrawal form provided, or using any applicable online withdrawal facility. The period runs from the date the agreement is concluded.
For consumer purchases, we also offer a full refund if you cancel before attending your first coaching session, subject to the missed-session and forfeiture provisions in Section 3. This voluntary policy does not replace or restrict your statutory rights.
Nothing in this section limits your rights if we fail to provide the Programme as agreed or where a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Content Access and Support Duration
Online modules and downloadable resources are supplied with unlimited access (“lifetime access”) from the date access is granted. This access is separate from the time-limited coaching and support included in your purchase.
“Lifetime access” does not include ongoing coaching, indefinite personal support or automatic access to separately sold programmes.
If we change learning platforms, we will provide continued access through a replacement platform or another reasonable means. If we permanently discontinue hosting the purchased content, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to retain a usable copy or equivalent access, subject to applicable licensing restrictions.
Where one month of WhatsApp or other direct support is included, that period begins on the date of your first coaching session, unless another start date is agreed in writing.
Support is provided asynchronously. It does not include continuous availability, immediate replies, additional coaching sessions or work outside the scope of the Programme.
Rescheduling a coaching session does not automatically extend the support period.
Content access ends if your purchase is cancelled and refunded under Section 4, or may be suspended or terminated in accordance with Section 8.
6. Nature of the Programme
The Programmes provide education and coaching relating to presentations, visibility and professional collaboration, according to the Programme purchased.
They do not constitute medical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
No specific outcome is guaranteed, including presentation performance, audience growth, speaking invitations, paid engagements, collaboration agreements, income or career advancement. Results depend on your application, decisions and individual circumstances.
You remain responsible for your professional activities, clinical content, public communications and commercial decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
Programme materials—including frameworks, methods, videos, worksheets, templates and other learning resources—remain the intellectual property of Inari Consulting or their respective licensors.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials for your own learning and professional work.
You may apply what you learn to your own presentations, content and professional activities. You may not share account access, distribute or resell the materials, publish substantial extracts, or use them to deliver training or coaching to others without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of your own presentations, content and other materials shared during coaching. You give us permission to use them only as necessary to provide the Programme.
We will not use your identifiable materials, testimonials or coaching recordings for marketing without your separate permission.
If your purchase is cancelled and refunded, your licence to use Programme materials ends. You must delete any downloaded Programme materials and must not retain or distribute copies.
8. Conduct, Confidentiality and the Coaching Relationship
Coaching requires respectful communication, active participation and honest discussion of your goals and circumstances. These expectations apply to sessions and all support channels.
We will treat non-public information shared during coaching as confidential, except where disclosure is authorised by you, required by law, or reasonably necessary to provide the Programme through service providers subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to share any materials provided to us. Remove identifiable patient information and any third-party confidential information that you are not authorised to disclose.
Neither party may record coaching sessions without the other party’s prior agreement.
We may suspend or discontinue access or coaching in cases of abusive conduct, unauthorised sharing of materials or another material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will first explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.
Any refund or amount retained following termination will reflect what has been supplied, the circumstances and applicable law. Termination does not automatically entitle us to retain payment for undelivered services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Programme, including lost profits or business opportunities.
Our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Programme, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Changes to the Programme or These Terms
We may improve or update Programme content, provided these changes do not materially reduce the content, services or access rights included in your purchase.
If we cannot provide a material part of the Programme, we will discuss an appropriate alternative or refund for the affected part, without limiting your statutory rights.
We may update these Terms for future purchases. The version accepted at the time of your purchase governs that purchase, unless a change is required by law or separately agreed with you.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
If you purchase as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law applicable to you.
For business purchases, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
For consumer purchases, court jurisdiction is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to bring proceedings in a court available to you under mandatory consumer protection rules.
